2. Download this Credit Application. OR, call Nathan Rhodes and he will fax the Credit Application to you.
   
3. Fill out the Credit Application, SIGN IT and fax it back to the number at the bottom of the application.
   
4. We will contact you when we get the approval.
   
5. Here is the criteria for getting approved. Bring all that apply to you.
   A) Down payment is based on credit worthiness & (trade-in equity if applicable).
   B) Proof of your income - current company check stub with YTD earnings. (within 30 days).
   C) If Self-Employed - last 3 months of bank statements.
   D) Copy of Driver's License that MATCH the residence.
   E) Proof of Social Security Number or printed document showing SSN#.
   F) Proof of residence - mail addressed to you at the contract address postmarked no more than 30 days.
   G) HOMEOWNER - Mortgage statement no more than 30 days prior to contract date. Must reside at owned residence to quality as homeowner.
   H) Phone Bill - copy of all pages, dated no more than 30 days. Address must match contract address.
   I) Proof of FULL insurance coverage.
   J) 10 References (4 direct family members & 6 others) with addresses & phone numbers.
